Refund policy

At this time we have a 14-day return policy. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase you can return it 14 days upon receiving it. This is only offered for tracked shipping. Please email us at hushjewls@gmail.com with your name, order number and reason for refund. Items must be unworn and returned in the original condition/packaging. Refunds are processed once we've received the package. Refunds take 3-5 days to process back to your bank account.

If a package is sent back to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the shipping costs to resend your package. We will either refund your order minus the shipping costs or will resend it with another shipping payment.

All earrings are FINAL SALE and are not subject to a return.
